Refund Policy

Our Products are digital content delivered by download. This policy explains when a refund is available and how it relates to your statutory rights. It forms part of, and should be read with, our License Agreement and Right of Withdrawal notice.

Paid purchases by consumers

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for paid purchases. Because our Products are digital content delivered immediately, that right lapses once your download begins, provided you expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right at checkout (see the Right of Withdrawal notice). In that case, a purchase is generally non-refundable once the download has started.

If you have not yet started your download, and you withdraw within 14 days, you are entitled to a full refund of what you paid.

Defective products

Your statutory warranty rights for digital products (§§ 327 ff. BGB) are unaffected. If a Product is defective — it does not match its description or does not function as it should — contact us and you may be entitled to a remedy, a replacement, or a refund as provided by law.

Free downloads

Free downloads involve no payment, so there is nothing to refund.

Goodwill & how to request

Beyond your statutory rights, we may offer a refund at our discretion. To request one, contact us at [email protected] with your order reference; we aim to respond promptly. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method.

Unsere Produkte sind digitale Inhalte, die per Download bereitgestellt werden. Diese Erstattungsrichtlinie ist zusammen mit unserer Lizenzvereinbarung und der Widerrufsbelehrung zu lesen.

Bezahlte Käufe durch Verbraucher

Verbrauchern in der EU steht bei bezahlten Käufen ein gesetzliches 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht zu. Da unsere Produkte sofort bereitgestellte digitale Inhalte sind, erlischt dieses Recht mit Beginn des Downloads, sofern Sie der sofortigen Bereitstellung ausdrücklich zugestimmt und den Verlust des Widerrufsrechts beim Bezahlvorgang bestätigt haben. In diesem Fall ist der Kauf nach Beginn des Downloads grundsätzlich von der Erstattung ausgeschlossen. Haben Sie den Download noch nicht begonnen und widerrufen innerhalb von 14 Tagen, erstatten wir Ihnen den vollen gezahlten Betrag.

Mangelhafte Produkte

Ihre gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte für digitale Produkte (§§ 327 ff. BGB) bleiben unberührt. Ist ein Produkt mangelhaft, kontaktieren Sie uns; Sie haben ggf. Anspruch auf Nacherfüllung, Ersatz oder Erstattung nach den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen.

Kostenlose Downloads

Bei kostenlosen Downloads erfolgt keine Zahlung; eine Erstattung entfällt.

Über Ihre gesetzlichen Rechte hinaus können wir nach eigenem Ermessen eine Erstattung gewähren. Bitte wenden Sie sich mit Ihrer Bestellreferenz an [email protected]. Genehmigte Erstattungen erfolgen über das ursprüngliche Zahlungsmittel.
